Your job? Be the lubricant in the gears. You are the CEO’s right hand, their shadow, and the "Team Glue." You will take the "everything else" off the CEO’s plate so they can focus on high-level strategy and client growth. If you do your job right, the CEO breathes easier, the team feels supported, and the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing (The "Everything" Role)

  1. CEO Shadowing: Manage the     nuances—meetings, organization, and special projects—so nothing drops.
  2. Project Management: Turn a laundry list of ideas into     "Done" status.
  3. Office & Culture Ops: Keep the shop running smooth.     Coordinate events, manage the space, and champion the team's energy.
  4. Process Optimization: Document the "how-to" and     find ways to make us 10% faster every month.
  5. Force Multiplier: If the CEO is thinking     it, you’re already executing it.

Success in this role is simple: One year from now, the CEO has the headspace to think strategically because they know you have the "nuance" handled. You’ve become the indispensable backbone of the company.
