Caleb's inspiration to pursue a career in analytics began early in his career when his natural inclinations towards finance and operations analysis created opportunities to improve how leaders made decisions on a daily basis. His hope is to continue on the path of using the latest technology to deliver meaningful information to leaders.

He has over 12 years of experience in developing decision tools that allow leaders at any level of an organization to succeed. His previous experience includes working within financial planning and analysis teams, venture capital due diligence, and finance and operational reporting, all while using the best technology available. He sees data analytics playing a key role in helping to elevate the decision-making ability of both NvisionKC and our clients. By implementing the latest set of analytics technology, leaders are now able to make decisions in real-time and develop strategies that promote success within their organizations.

This isn't industry-related, but someone who is world-renowned in his space once told him, "Only make new mistakes." He tries to keep that in mind daily. If you make a mistake, fix it before it becomes a cascading series of mistakes that can't be unraveled.

Outside of family life, he enjoys trail running and Jiu-Jitsu, which helps him stay healthy and keep a clear mind. The Hunt for Red October is a great movie. Jack Ryan was a true analyst who knew his opponent and gathered disparate pieces of information to create an accurate story.
