Katie Manring is a Technical Project Lead at NvisionKC. With a background in senior technical project management, Katie specializes in building structured roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and creating environments where developers, architects, clients, and project teams can do their best work.

What drew Katie to NvisionKC was the people. “The business and each teammate’s work ethic aligned perfectly with my passions of providing amazing customer service and helping clients improve the way they work,” she shares. Her belief that “when good people work together, amazing things can happen” reflects the collaborative culture that defines NvisionKC.

Katie’s leadership style is rooted in proactive communication, transparency, and trust. She believes the best project leaders are more than status reporters - they are problem-solvers who remove obstacles, anticipate risks before they arise, and create the clarity teams need to stay focused and successful. Her ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders helps ensure projects are delivered with confidence and purpose.

Outside of work, Katie is an avid reader who rarely goes anywhere without a book in hand. Her curiosity and love of learning extend beyond project management, and one of her lifelong goals is to publish a novel - a testament to her creativity, discipline, and passion for growth.
