The firm entrusted NvisionKC with the task of developing an advanced interactive chatbot. This chatbot was designed to not only schedule appointments but also handle payment processing, send Outlook calendar invites, and deliver confirmation emails with links to intake forms. Leveraging Microsoft's Bot Framework and Cognitive Services, NvisionKC crafted a chatbot that significantly exceeded the traditional functionalities of the standard version.
Using Microsoft's QNAmaker, the chatbot was capable of handling a vast amount of data, answering immigration-related queries, and leading clients to book appointments. This tool was adept at managing multi-turn conversations, allowing for a depth of interaction previously unmanageable with conventional methods.
Adaptive cards within the Microsoft Bot Framework allowed for the display of appointment times, welcoming messages, and payment forms in a visually appealing and interactive manner. Post-appointment booking,confirmation emails from custom email addresses, enhancing the professional touch of communications.
With file uploads being a part of the intake process,security was paramount. Secure file upload functionality was implemented, with uploaded files being stored in Azure blob storage equipped with malware detection capabilities.
Recognizing the complexity of the client intake process, NvisionKC integrated a webpage for the intake form, streamlining the process and making it more user-friendly while maintaining the chatbot as the central interaction point.
