Cody O'Brien
Cody is a Software Engineer Intern and a student at Lee’s Summit High School. As an enthusiastic and driven individual, Cody is eager to apply his skills and talents in a collaborative and productive work environment.
Cody is a very driven and motivated individual with a passion for learning and discovering new technology. He assists in the delivery of consultation services, attends meetings, and gives presentations regarding projects and activities completed. His technical expertise spans both existing and new applications, utilizing platforms like SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and Nintex.
Cody has completed 3 dual credit courses in Computer Science at Summit Technology Academy, accumulating 9 college credits from the University of Central Missouri. This fall, he plans to take two more courses at Summit Technology Academy. After graduating high school, Cody plans to continue his academic career in Computer Science at Colorado School of Mines.
In addition to his academic achievements, Cody actively participates in CyberPatriots, where he specialized in hardening and securing windows operating systems. He also enjoys participating in programming competitions, where he collaborates with teammates to develop optimized Python code to solve problems.
Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Cody enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, and spending time with friends. He also loves traveling with his family, both for vacations and for soccer tournaments across the country.
